I wanted to give this location the benefit of the doubt despite all the negative reviews, so I stopped by for something simple—a Sprite Berry Blast. The first drink they handed me was only half full, the ice was completely melted, and the lid wasn't even on correctly. When I politely asked for a fresh one, the staff seemed frustrated. The manager insisted she had just made it, then had me pull to the next window and wait about three minutes for what turned out to be another watered-down drink. I took these pictures as soon as they handed me my drink... Which was the worst one ever. If a location can't get a single fountain drink right, that's concerning. I tried to give this place a chance, but my experience matched the reviews I had read beforehand. 0/10. I don't recommend this location.

I was here on June 9, doing paperwork for a job while I had a break. Besides the food and service being great, I talked to Ashlynn, who took great pride in getting the dining area spotless. I was very impressed by her. It’s unusual to walk into such a clean restaurant. Bravo to her!!

Just got a coffee but was taken aback by the lifeless place this has become. No human interaction other than handing you the product (not even food at this point). No customer welcome, no life, just a transactional area and then you leave. Even the grey outside box speaks to the lifelessness. Do I feel good about consuming your product when it's so dystopian? No. Not really. Bring "human" back to a human experience!

Placed an online order for the drive thru at 7 pm. Got there at 7:30 and the line was wrapped around the building. Decided to go in and wait for my food. Checked in and let them know I didn’t feel like waiting in the line, I’d rather wait inside and the cashier, Josh, laughed at me and then continued to berate me in the kitchen for the next 30 minutes while I patiently waited for my order. He was back in the kitchen yelling about the drive thru order that didn’t feel like waiting while I was standing there the whole time. The workers around him just worked with their head down while he threw an absolute temper tantrum like an 7 year old about the customer who was patiently waiting in the lobby. It was just absolute harassment to me and his co-workers for 30 minutes straight. He came up to me with my drinks and stated “mobile order that didn’t want to wait” (after I had been waiting 15 minutes without saying one single word about said wait). One of the drive thru girls (I think the manager said her name was Tonya) very nicely came up and tried to help me, but I think she got busy. Cannot stand the new design that hides kitchen. No staff ever is at register to help assist with orders, get drink refills (I hate not being able to get my own refill) keep eye on dining room or unruly customers, or to see tables and floor need attention. This location even put an old fashioned bell on counter to get staff’s attention. Fries looked good, but were room temperature. Big Mac, med fry, & drink nearly $10.
